Questions buyers ask before ordering

All questions
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Cutting, printing, sewing and inspection take place in our own 4,800 m² factory in Shenzhen. You are welcome to visit or arrange a video audit.
Can I get a sample before a full order?
Yes. We make a physical sample to your spec in 5–7 days. The sample fee is quoted with your design and is credited against your bulk order.
What do you need from me for a quote?
Your artwork or a reference photo, the size, quantity and target delivery date. If you are not sure about materials, tell us how the bag will be used and we will suggest options.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the category and material. Most products start from 300–500 pcs. The product list above shows each category.
Which payment and trade terms do you accept?
30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We quote FOB Shenzhen by default, and EXW or DDP on request.
Can you support audits or third-party testing?
Yes. Production runs under ISO 9001:2015, and we support factory audits and third-party testing for your market.
